To extend the life of your lingerie, hand wash in cool water and dry flat or hang to dry. Also, please remember that residue from harsh cleansers in the sink can contribute to the damage of fine lingerie, regardless of the hand wash instruction. Machine drying is not recommended.

 

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is not charged for items being delivered in the U.S. with the exception of deliveries to California where customers are subject to their respective sales tax.

How will my order ship?
Our shipping partner is FEDEX and our standard shipping method is Ground. Please note: FEDEX does not ship to Post Office Boxes, and does not deliver packages on Saturday.

 

Will you ship outside of the United States?
Not at this time.

 

Will I have to sign for delivery?
A signature is not required for delivery by Star Candy., but the FEDEX driver may request one. It is best to have shipments sent to a location where a person 18+ years of age is present, as Star Candy cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages if the package is left unattended. You can have it sent to a commercial location if you'd like, but never to a P.O. Box.

Star Candy does not offer a printed catalog. We are trying to be eco-friendly.

Not at this time. We expect to offer gift wrapping in the future.

No, Star Candy does not have retail stores.

 

What if my item seems to have been damaged in shipping?
The item is returnable if damaged. Contact us at info@shopstarcandy.com for instructions on how to return. If you visit the Fedex website, use your tracking number, and the status is "In Transit" but you haven't received your package, please contact Fedex for assistance. Their number is 800-GOFEDEX.  Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit card statement to show the refund. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase. If you are not the original purchaser, please consider exchanging the items you received, instead of returning.
