Return and Refund

Due to the nature of the product sold on Star Candy Boutique we do not except returns.  If there is an error in the order (size or color) on our part we will accept unworn merchandise for an exchange.If for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, other than underwear, you may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund of the item's purchase price. We do not refund shipping and handling.  If you make an exchange shipping will be at the customer's expense.

Only merchandise that is returned in its original (unworn) or sellable condition will be credited to your account. Please contact our Customer Service department by email at info@shopstarcandy.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and further information regarding merchandise returns. Any items returned without proper authorization will be refused.
